I had just finished a bathroom renovation and saw to my horror, at the final fit off that the main floor waste was blocked. This was from when floor levelling was done weeks before. Essentially there was concrete in the floor waste. Not knowing what to do I turned to google and saw that there were a bunch of different ways to get rid of the floor leveller and nothing I had tried worked. In a bit of a panic, I had contacted green planet to use a robot grinder to remove the floor leveller from the floor waste. James did a thorough inspection and went through all the various methods we could try to remove the leveller. I went with the robot grinder option. James and his team were punctual, had great communication and worked tirelessly to get the job done. They went above and beyond what was required of them and truly showed that they sympathised with my predicament and weren’t there to just get money out of me. In the end we needed a combination of methods to get rid of all the floor leveller. The team weren’t going to leave the job until it was completely restored and back to full function. I couldn’t recommend the service or professionalism enough. Don’t waste your time with any other company, go with green planet.
Our hot water system stopped working and we had an entirely new one, at a good price, by the end of the next business day. I was given good advice by their plumber on initial assessment and he didn’t try to push an upsell on me. The job was carried out efficiently. Their sparkie was especially helpful and pro-active fixing a couple of things which he technically didn’t need to but he did anyway. All in all would recommend this company.

Great service from the initial enquiry to completion of the job. After our enquiry someone came to quote same day and job was booked in the next morning. James did a fantastic job installing out new toilet and removing the old one. He was very thorough, professional and meticulous and explained everything during the install. We had a major issue with the sewer. After taking three quotes, we selected Green Planet plumbing. A friend of ours did pipe relining with them and was very happy with the job. I was impressed with these guys (Tim, Dan, office ladies, the guys who did the job). Two large trucks with special equipment arrived and in two days the job was done! The surprising part was at the end when I wanted to pay the remainder. Tim rang me and said that after cleaning the pipes it became apparent that they did not need to reline one area and they are going to give $1000 discount. That was very nice of them as I would not be able to verify that anyhow. And now we have 20 years warranty from this company. Wish them all the best and highly recommend this company.

My gratitude to Tim firstly, who came to see what the problem was with my blocked sewer.. He fixed it temporarily, came up with a plan to resolve all the issues, then Jordi & Darryl came & actioned all the work needed, of which included a total reline of the system, main drain patch & relocation of dubious pipes that were in wrong locations.. The guys were all patient, obliging & talked me through all the processes that occurred. Nothing was too much trouble to them.. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs work done, they are outstanding & the relining of the system was amazing, so happy .. Sought quotes to replace our old hot water tank. Ended up using Green Planet Plumbing. James took time to understand what I needed and turnaround time for an appointment was quick. James the installer was very friendly and professional, showed up on time, arranged for disposal of the old tank, installed the new tank, and left everything nice and tidy. He was also more than happy to answer my questions. Hot water tank has been working well. They even followed up when there was a recall on a part to check everything was alright and made some adjustments at no charge. Overall I am very happy with the service. This company is incredible!! I lost something very sentimental down the shower drain and these guys were here to help straight away. Every one I spoke with was very kind and very empathetic towards my situation. My first call went through to a gentleman last night, who’s name I can’t remember through my tears but he was very thoughtful, helped to calm my nerves and book an appointment for this morning. Jess was wonderful over the phone and had someone on their way to me first thing this today. James was very kind, considerate, generous with his time and he did everything he could to successfully retrieve it for me. I could not be more thankful for everything they have done or recommend them highly enough!
They guys at green planet were super helpful in figuring out and fixing the problem.
Was treated with courtesy and respect my space never felt noisy or uncomfortable, they are communicative and on time. Everything about the work done to refurbish and repair was professional. They went so far as to try and make the previous cistern’s anchor points at least a flat surface with a touch of silicone. I could tell that the plumber took pride in professionalism as well as the quality work done. Customer service to myself as just the tenant, was a high level, they set the bar, as it wasn’t even coming out of my pocket in this instance. At the end I was told that notes around the remaining plumbing maintenance which creeps up, would be reported back to the real estate for me. Everything was accessible and they also covered their work boots in my space, leaving everything clean shiny and new.

We had our hot water system blow the top off during the Christmas holidays. We were very concerned about getting it sorted during the holiday period especially considering we had guests staying over. One call to green planet and everything was ok. Plumber came over within 30 mins of calling them and new hot water system was installed on the same day. Amazing service and everyone was so helpful. Green planet plumbing arrived at my Airbnb within an hour of calling them on the Saturday night between Xmas and NYE to fit a temp tank for my guests after my hot water tank busted. They had it completely replaced by COB Monday and I can’t thank them enough for their service and professionalism. Both plumbers I interacted with were great and the office staff were wonderful. I have had the need to use Green Planet plumbing a couple of times over the past ten years, and each time we have been very impressed. The most recent was an emergency call out at 6:30 pm on a Saturday. Zach was onsite within the hour, isolated the problem, provided us with a work around for the balance of the weekend and we had a plumber on site Monday fixing the issue permanently.
